3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on juangames. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. juangames employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method monitoring to detect duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your juangames login credentials. In the event of juangames-initiated account closure due to a verified breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

juangames accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, UnionBank of the Philippines, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Availability of specific payment methods may vary. juangames does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment channel.

4.2 Deposit Processing

All deposits are credited to your juangames wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a promotion. Deposits are processed in real time for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. juangames does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the following timeframes, depending on your VIP tier and payment method:

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal is subject to (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) a minimum withdrawal amount of ₱500; and (d) withdrawal to a payment method registered under the same name as the juangames account. juangames does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of juangames shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to first submit a written complaint to the juangames Customer Support team. juangames commits to investigating all complaints in good faith and responding within five (5) business days.
